This piece is a collaborative submission to the
2004 L'Oreal Art and Science of Color Competition.
It juxtaposes two heat transfer experiments to
tell a narrative about discovery and control in
thermodynamics. More information about the piece
and the science and history behind it is available
in the accompanying paper. Additional binaural
audio is also available and, like the movie, is
best listened to through headphones.
